Double Delight As C&C Announced As UK Broker Awards Finalist

The awards momentum keeps building at C&C! We’re delighted to have been named as finalists in not one, but two categories at this year’s UK Broker Awards: Customer Service and Claims Team of the Year. Organised by Insurance Age, the awards celebrate the very best of the UK insurance broking market, making this double recognition all the more rewarding.

Our Claims team is on a remarkable run. Having already picked up honours at the Modern Claims Awards and Claims Excellence Awards earlier this year, the 25-strong team is once again receiving the national recognition it deserves. Day in, day out, they champion our clients when the promise of an insurance policy needs to be called upon, taking the pressure off and fighting their corner when it matters most.

There can be little doubt that the C&C Claims team plays a major part in our ability to maintain an industry-smashing client retention rate of over 97%. That loyalty is built on people, service and being there when clients need us.

The winners will be revealed on 8 October at The Vox in Birmingham, when the UK broking industry comes together for what promises to be a glittering evening. C&C will be there with everything crossed.

And it’s worth noting: 2026 is the Year of the Horse, which is, by coincidence, how most C&C throats feel after cheering each other on at these events. Here’s hoping Birmingham brings another reason to raise the roof and bring out the Strepsils!
