We’re delighted to announce that C&C Insurance Brokers has been shortlisted in this year’s Stockport Business Awards, in the £5m+ Turnover category. It’s a real honour to be selected by the judges, as it’s a hotly fought category with the region being home to so many well-established, highly performing organisations.
But that said, we felt that there have been so many success stories and that our business has developed so much over the last 12 months, that we just had to enter. So, it really is something to be proud of, in being one of only three companies to be shortlisted! By whatever measure you want to take, turnover, profit, staff numbers, offices, our figures are up, which is an incredible achievement given the economic backdrop of the last 12-18 months.

There are 100s of well-established, large-scale, successful businesses within this area, and given the investment pouring into Stockport, this will only continue. So, whilst we’re thrilled to be recognised, it’s also fantastic to see the vibrancy of the business community in general, across the whole area. The business awards are a wonderful showcase of emerging, growing and developing entrepreneurial talent for the whole region.”
The awards will take place on 5th October 2023 at Edgeley Park and will be hosted by Jenny Powell. The awards have been running since 2012 and are the region’s most prestigious recognition of business excellence. The event always attracts over 300 guests and has also raised thousands of pounds for a variety of charities and causes. We’re certainly looking forward to playing our part on 5th October!
