Exciting times! The C&C Claims team was recognised last night by winning Broker of the Year at the Modern Claims Awards! The annual awards, organised by Modern Insurance Magazine, were held at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool and were hosted by TV favourite, Rory Bremner.
The Modern Claims Awards celebrate excellence across the entire claims ecosystem, and with fierce competition and a huge number of high-quality entries, making it to the final three is no small feat.
Broker of the Year is always a hotly contested category, so coming away with this recognition is a fantastic achievement.
We had a 13-strong contingent flying the flag for C&C, meaning the organisers had to arrange for an especially large table to accommodate us all! But it was worth it to see Malc, Steve and Joe head up onto the stage, in front of 300 people, to collect the award from Rory!
We have always known that our Claims team are one of our biggest assets at C&C. And that’s not just bravado. Our clients tell us all the time how grateful they are for the tenacity of the team led by Steve Lockey and Joe Fay. They champion and challenge on our clients’ behalf, and provide a personalised service at what can be an incredibly stressful time, when industry consolidation is seeing many competitors moving to call centres, chatbots and claims portals.
