It has come to our attention that a Seychelles-based insurer, C&C Insurance Company PCC Ltd, has been referenced in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) communication dated 24 November 2025. The article covers the FCA cancellation of permissions for The Dental Insurance Partnership Ltd (DIP), a UK-based broker, to which C&C Insurance Company PCC Ltd provided a range of products.
For clarity, C&C Insurance Company PCC Ltd is entirely unlinked to, and unrelated to, C&C Insurance Brokers Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the FCA under firm reference number 309053. You may verify our regulatory status at the FCA register, via www.fca.org.uk/register
As such, please note that any activities or promotional material associated with the Seychelles-based entity do not reflect the operations, governance or regulatory oversight of C&C Insurance Brokers Ltd.
