C&C were once again in the silverware winning Commercial Broker Of The Year at the Bravo Networks Annual Awards Ceremony, recently held at the ACC Conference Centre in Liverpool. Over 750 guests attended the prestigious event held during the two-day conference and exhibition. Bravo Networks houses two of the largest networks of independent regional brokers in the UK: Broker Network and Compass. And with over 600 independent broker members, competition for the top spot is always stiff.
We were already 3x winners of the coveted Commercial Broker of the Year Award (including the previously named Compass Awards), and last year we took home the Risk of the Year Award. C&C were well represented with Malc, Ray Harris, Hiek Sarkissian, Carolyn Bridges and Joe Fay in attendance. The award was presented by Russell Cook, better known as The Hardest Geezer for his mind-blowing achievement of running the length of Africa!
Malc says: “It’s a real privilege to be recognised by our industry and to receive a 5th award from Bravo Networks. I’m accepting it on behalf of the whole team at C&C; no matter what their role, everyone contributes to putting our clients at the centre of everything we do. It’s a culture we’re proud of and will continue to promote regardless of how much we continue to grow. I’d also like to thank Bravo Networks who do so much for the industry, and independent brokers in particular, so to receive this recognition really is something quite special. It was wonderful to meet The Hardest Geezer, too! His fitness and stamina alone are off the scale, but his resilience in dealing with everything that happened during that run is nothing short of inspirational!”
Malc and Ray also took part in an interview after the awards. It was something about joining The Hardest Geezer on his next adventure… possibly!
