C&C Chester Continues To Grow Adding Two More To The Team!

Added on: October 4, 2023

We’re delighted to announce two new additions to C&C Chester as it continues to thrive on the back of new business wins, renewals and referrals.

Alex Jones joins us as an Account Executive after being with A-Plan Insurance in Chester for a number of years. Alex is incredibly customer focussed so fits in perfectly with the client-centric ethos of C&C and has experience over a wide range of commercial sectors. And as an ex Wales U-18 hockey international who now plays and coaches at Chester Hockey Club, we know he’s going to be a committed team player!

Anita Jones also joins us as an Account Executive but has had three years out of the insurance industry as she set up her own self-drive hire business in partnership with her family. That said, she’s been itching to get back into insurance, and we’re excited to welcome her back. She’s previously worked for Bollingtons and Gallaghers and has over ten years’ experience in the sector. Anita’s insight into the challenges faced by growing businesses will be invaluable, along with her extensive knowledge of the waste & recycling and self-drive hire sectors. Anita also has a NEBOSH General Cert and Environmental Diploma, so will have plenty to offer clients around risk management.

Paul Trafford, Branch Director for Chester, says: “A huge welcome to Anita and Alex – we’re thrilled to have them on board! Their skills and experience will be a great addition to our team and are already benefiting new and existing clients. We’re not in the habit of just recruiting people to fill a role. They have to be the right fit for our culture and the expectations of our clients, and I know we’ve hit both marks with Anita and Alex. It’s exciting times for C&C Chester: our client base is expanding, our profile continues to grow, and we’ve established ourselves as a major player amongst Chester insurance brokers. But we won’t be resting on our laurels – there are plenty more plans in the pipeline!”
