We had always remained loyal to our existing insurance broker. Following a rather unpleasant renewal process where we were left with a substantial increase in cost and a reduction in cover, we decided to get a second opinion the following year. We spoke to several other logistics companies and it quickly became clear that all roads led to C&C as the go-to transport insurance broker. C&C visited our premises and undertook a detailed review of our insurance policies. We were shocked to find that there were some serious omissions with regard to our current policies. After a period of reflection and consideration, we felt a loss of confidence in our existing providers due to the deficiencies in cover and decided to swap over to C&C, three months before our renewal date. C&C corrected our policies to provide a much broader level of cover; introduced several processes which have improved our risk management and have provided a professional renewal proposal in a timely manner, resulting in significant savings for our business.

Our only regret is that we didn’t approach C&C Insurance Brokers earlier. We’ve now been dealing with them for over 3 years and we’re delighted with the cover, the service, and the premiums they’ve been able to secure for us.
